Whenever you purchase a custom product from Lextech Lighting, you must send your unit in for installation and calibration. Items purchased in the LLS store are priced for parts and operating expenses only. LLS does not charge a specific labor charge for installation of the products, this is done as a courtesy for purchasing the products. LLS is only responsible for the product itself and cannot guarantee your OEM components to be in proper working order in such a way that will produce a completely working unit after LLS installs the purchased product. There are a number of variables involved as the circuits are complex. We cannot control any aspect of your OEM units complete functionality, only that our product is brand new and within itself is in working order. We will of course make efforts to help you at our discrepancy if your unit is non functional by offering you whatever options we see fit to try and remedy the situation.
You are responsible for removing your units and shipping them. This applies for both any initial order and any warranty work. LLS is not responsible for any costs incurred as a result of you contracting our service for lighting work which includes, but is not limited to, removal of your units from your car, shipping and handling of your unit, associated misc costs such as rental cars, etc. Purchases from our store are an agreement to these terms.
